Level Five Awards - The highest level of scrutiny when reviewing a web site. These are the hardest to get.
Award	Criteria
	Golden Web Awards 2001-2002, 11/12/01 Presented by: The International Association of Web Masters and Designers The Golden Web Awards is a FREE service of the Association and is presented to those sites whose web design, originality and content have achieved levels of excellence deserving of recognition.
	Surfers Choice - 5/3/99 Surfers Choice is a very difficult award to get. Only original sites, meeting the highest standards receive recognition. 1) Consist of 65-75% original graphics 2) Consist of original or unique content, exceptionally well presented & must be of interest & value to a large audience. 3) Balanced presentation of text & images demonstrating proper use of scripting code and integrity of design.

Level Four Point Five Awards - The next highest level of scrutiny when reviewing a web site. These are the almost as hard to get as a level five award
Award	Criteria
	Otakou Awards Program - 6/8/00 Overall Emotional Impact (70); Creativity and Design (10); Value - Accessibility, Speed and Legality (5); and there remains (15) - these points are applied to any of the for-going areas where excellence is deemed to have occurred. No adult content or unsafe child-surf sites are considered
	. High Density Awards - 5/7/99 1) No improper content such as: racism, porn, religious cults, animal or child abuse. 2) No links only sites! 3) All original content, or at least something creative from non-original material. 4) Pages must be short, ie: very little scrolling. 5) No misspellings or broken internal links
	. High Density Awards - 7/18/00 "Hi, Congratulations! I have visited your web site and found it to meet the criteria of our Hawk award. You now qualify for our Bald Eagle Award, which is given out to the best site of the week. After that, the Golden Eagle Award for the month's best site. So, good luck! Winners are chosen exclusively from sites that won the hawk award."
