Randall Leshin, as it appears has made a name for himself in business fraud
and that he owns his own debt consolidation company.
Furthermore, it appears I have shown a certain level of
knowledge and expertise that has caught your notice. For this reason, I am
suggesting the two-tier settlement offer where I will provide services as an
outside consultant for thirty-six months. (The monthly payment would be paid as
settlement rather than wages). This will give you assurances that I will not
initiate or cause others to file an action due to my own interest in seeing DSI
survive.
My best estimate is that the principals reali7e approximate
$200.00 profit from each plan. Continually I was told that the company has
60,000 clients. Giving leeway for exaggeration and my analysis to be too high,
consider what the principals have pulled out in the last two years if you simply
reduce the profit to $100.00 per plan and reduce the number of clients to
30,000. That’s $3,000,000 in a litt1e aver twa years.
I suggest Mr. Schwartz look as my settlement offer as an
opportunity.
You asked for my background and I have included a resume. The
one change, which is meaningful to you, is that for the past two years I have
been doing consulting work for ATH Power Corporation. My primary client is Wells
Fargo Bank.
Very truly yours,
David H. Coltin
