Re: DSI Financial

Dear Mr. Noblot:
As you are aware, I represent DSI Financial. We have discussed during the recent past the complaints, comments, and conclusions that were posted on your website known as the Consumer Advocate.
As part of the response to the position which you have taken regarding my client, enclosed herewith you will find a detailed rebuttal to each complaint posted. It appears that you may display my client’s response or in the alternative, leave the complaint posted and only add “Issue Resolved.” I respectfully suggest that that language does not protect my client from baseless charges that are made without an opportunity to respond before the complaint as posted. With my client’s responses in hand, I suggest that the various complaints that have been posted on your website be removed as they now are proved to be baseless and without merit. All statements contained in the responses made by my client in support of their position are on voice recordings which will verify’ the truth of my client’s statements.
I appreciate the fact that you provide a service to the general public in your effort to disseminate information regarding various corporations and their business practices. However, it is absolutely essential to fair reporting and commenting that the public be provided with BOTH sides so that the consumer can make an educated decision regarding a service provider.
Regarding David Coltin, I enclose correspondence that I received from Mr. Coltin dated August 19, 2004. I advised you and I now provide you with what I consider to be an attempted “shake down” of DSI Financial. Mr. Coltin attempted to extort monies from my client and/or gain employment at an inflated rate of pay. It is persons like David Coltin who, without cause, besmirches the reputation of a business that provides a beneficial service to those who seek help. It should be noted that notwithstanding the fact that he received a full refund he has continued to harass and threaten my client.
