We have reviewed the complaint of Ms. Fenton and find her accusations and report
to you completely fallacious and slanderous. She represents that we 44 nothing
for her. This is totally untrue.
We reduced her National Citi card from 10% to 8%. We reduced her Discover card
from 13.24% to 9.9%. We reduced her Chase card from 18.99% to 13.99%. She claims
that she could have done all of this by herself. Why did she have us do it if
she was capable of doing it herself?
In spite, of all of the above, we issued a full refund to Ms. Fenton on 7/09/04.
Is this the action of a fraudulent company?
