Tamara Farmington
Regarding Tamara Farrington, this issue has been resolved
as we have had follow up conversations with her and she seems to understand that
the check issue was an oversight. By her own words she says, the issue has been
resolved. In the normal course of business mistakes can take place. However, Ms.
Farringdon was another case of a client not being up front with us. Our program
is not designed for consumers who need credit counseling. We cater to those
clients who remain in good standing and are looking for a path to financial
freedom. We provide a detailed financial analysis for people to create their own
path to financial freedom. One service we offer is potential interest rate
reductions. It is very clearly explained in every voice recording.
That this is an added service and if a client is late or past
due, we cannot get interest rates reduced until those accounts are made current.
Ms. Farmington was late on a Citi card, past due and closed and in debt
management on Bank of America, American Express over the limit and late, 1st USA
closed, Capital One closed, Capital One #2 late two times. Again, as this is a
lifetime membership, we encourage clients to make those accounts current so we
can work on them. Until that point, they must follow our financial plan to
benefit from our program. Our goal is to satisfy ever client, but they also have
an obligation to be forthcoming with us.
