We have not had, to our knowledge, a complaint about a
client’s hold time. We employ a full staff to handle customer calls. Ms. Mollner
signed up for our program on 6/24/04 and she did not contact us until 11/02/04.
In that conversation, she represented that she had no debt and requested a
refund. Our company policy in situations similar to this is very straight
forward. We simply ask the client to provide paperwork confirming that all debts
are paid and we will gladly issue a refund. We called Ms. Mollner on 11/10/04,
11/13/04, 11/17/04 and 11/23/04 to provide certain missing information so that
we could issue a full refund. That information was never forthcoming. We await
information proving she has no debt and we will gladly refund her membership
fee.
