Dennis Abbott
He was a client who was dissatisfied. Our customer service
manager had extensive conversations with Mr. Abbott. Because we did perform our
service for Mr. Abbott we felt as though a 1/2 refund was fair with him still
remaining a client. He was satisfied and we were quite surprised to see him copy
and paste someone else’s complaint We subsequently issued the balance of the
refund as an accommodation.
