Complaint - McDonalds

I have always used McDonalds for quick breakfasts and
lunches, but lately their serving sizes and quality are defiantly
diminishing..
I ordered their Big breakfast on Oct 14 in Bedford Ma---Breakfast cost
$4.95 inc OJ. Eggs were cold, english muffins were dry and soft and cold
and portion size was not nearly close to the advertised picture at the
drive up.
It seems I will be buying my breakfast else ware. - Nick
