Tempur-pedic
Problem - Tempur-pedic
Date: 02/13/2004
I received a mattress that I did not order. at
first I rejected the delivery but after having alerted them twice by
phone even with id numbers and asked if I was being billed. After I was
told twice that I was not being billed, I allowed the delivery. Now they
either want their mattress back, (the old one was removed at the time
delivery which would mean my son has no bed), or for me to pay $1200.
This is either a great scam or they want me to pay, (a lot), for their
mistake. They keep telling me the mattress cannot be resold, but it is
only in a zippered lining that if replaced would make the mattress look
new. This concerns me because we bought one early last year. What do you
think? - Melissa Phillips
